What to tell us in your first message
None of this is required — send one line if that's all you have. But the more of it that arrives up front, the closer the first reply is to a real plan rather than a list of questions back.
Where you want to go
A destination, a region, or just a rough idea — “somewhere green, three days”. We plan across India, so an unfinished answer is fine.
Your dates, or the month
Exact dates are best, but the month is enough to start. Season is what moves the price most: the same trip in April and in October are two different quotes.
How many people, and who they are
A count, plus whether it is a family with young children, a college batch, a couple or a company team. It changes the vehicle, the stays and the pace.
Whether you want transport only or everything
Some groups only need a tempo traveller and a driver. Others want hotels, meals, sightseeing and guides quoted as one figure. Both are normal here.
Anything fixed you're building around
A wedding, a school calendar, a train you have already booked, a temple festival, someone who cannot manage long drives. Say it now rather than after the plan is drawn.
